Kindly refer to the instruction manual provided as this depends on the specific model of your Brentwood Deep Fryer.
The maximum and minimum oil capacity of deep fryers may vary depending on the model. It is advisable to refer to the markings on the inner pot of your deep fryer to determine the appropriate minimum and maximum oil levels.
It is recommended to fill the deep fryer basket between 1/2 to 2/3 full, with 1/4 to 1/2 full being the optimal range. Overfilling the basket can lead to a decrease in oil temperature below the ideal frying temperature, resulting in less crispy and lighter food texture.
The recommended oils for your deep fryer include Olive Oil, Vegetable Oil, and Peanut Oil. It is important to avoid using Butter or Margarines as they tend to produce excessive smoke.
The persistence of soft or soggy texture in cooked food is typically attributed to one of the following factors:
Overloading the fryer with excessive amounts of food.
Insufficient oil temperature for the specific food being cooked.
Allowing the fried food to sit for an extended period after cooking.
The quality of cooking oil diminishes after approximately 5 or 6 frying sessions. It is not recommended to use cooking oil that has been stored for more than 2 weeks.

It is possible for Rice Cookers to boil over during the cooking process. To prevent this, we recommend rinsing the rice thoroughly before placing it into the Rice Cooker. Rinsing the rice 3 to 4 times helps remove excess starch, which can contribute to boiling over. By following this step, you can minimize the chances of boiling over and ensure a successful cooking experience with your Rice Cooker.
To ensure the best results when using your rice cooker, consider the following tips:
1. Patience is key: After the cooking cycle is complete, resist the urge to open the unit immediately. Allow the rice to settle for several minutes before serving. This helps to evenly distribute the moisture and enhance the texture of the rice.
2. Soaking for softer rice: If you prefer softer rice, you can improve the texture by soaking the rice and water in the inner pot for 10 to 20 minutes before starting the cooking process. This step allows the grains to absorb more moisture and results in a softer final product.
3. Utensil selection: When handling the rice cooker, avoid using metal utensils or sharp objects inside the pot. These can cause damage to the coating of the inner pot. Instead, opt for non-metallic utensils that are safe for use with non-stick surfaces.
4. Avoid reheating: Once you have finished cooking and unplugged the rice cooker, it is recommended not to reheat the rice again in the same unit. Reheating can affect the texture and quality of the rice. Instead, serve the rice immediately or store it properly for later use.
Once the rice is fully cooked, it is recommended to keep it in the warm position for a duration of 15 minutes. This allows the rice to further absorb moisture and remain at an optimal serving temperature. After the 15-minute period, the rice can be served and enjoyed.

If you find that your dough is becoming too heavy for the mixer, it is likely due to the excessive amount of batter being mixed. To address this issue, we recommend reducing the quantity of dough you are working with. By decreasing the amount of dough, you'll ensure that the mixer can effectively handle the mixing process and prevent any strain on its motor. Adjusting the dough quantity will result in a smoother mixing experience and better results.
If you notice the dough creeping up the beaters while using the mixer, there are a couple of steps you can take to address this issue. First, ensure that the beaters are properly attached to the mixer. Check that they are securely in place to prevent any movement or slippage during the mixing process. Additionally, applying a small amount of cooking oil on the stem of the beaters can help create a smoother surface, reducing the chances of the dough sticking and climbing up. This simple step can make the mixing process more efficient and prevent any inconvenience caused by dough climbing up the beaters.
To prevent rusting, it is important to ensure proper care of your beaters. After washing the beaters, make sure to dry them thoroughly and immediately. Moisture can lead to rust formation, so by promptly drying the beaters after washing, you can protect them from rust and maintain their optimal condition. Taking this simple step will help prolong the lifespan of your beaters and ensure they continue to function effectively for your mixing needs.

The DEFROST function on your toaster is specifically designed for toasting frozen foods. By selecting this feature, your toaster will conveniently defrost the frozen item and then proceed to toast it, all in a single step. This ensures that your frozen foods are effectively thawed and toasted to perfection without the need for separate defrosting and toasting processes.
It is normal for your toaster to emit an odor during its initial use due to the presence of dust on the toasting elements from the manufacturing process. To address this, please follow these steps:
• Ensure there is no food inserted into the bread slots.
• Push the bread lever all the way down until it locks, even without any food inside.
• This initial toasting process will preheat the new elements and eliminate any dust residue that may have accumulated during storage.
• It is normal for this burn-off process to produce an odor.
• Once this procedure is complete, your toaster will be ready for regular use, and the odor should no longer persist.
The REHEAT button is used for warming foods that have already been toasted that might have cooled. When this feature is selected, the toaster will warm your food without further toasting.
If your toast is not toasting evenly, it indicates that your toaster requires cleaning. Follow the steps below to clean your toaster:
• After each use and once the toaster has cooled down, unplug the power cord from the outlet.
• Use a damp cloth to wipe the outer surface of the toaster, and then dry it thoroughly with another cloth or paper towel. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they can damage the toaster's finish.
CAUTION: Do not use sharp or pointed objects to clean the inside of the toaster, as this may cause damage.
• Gently tap the side of the toaster to dislodge any crumbs trapped in the toasting chamber. Remove the crumb tray and empty it. You can clean the tray with a damp cloth or place it in the dishwasher's top rack. Remember to reinsert the crumb tray before using the toaster again.

Prior to cleaning, ensure that you always unplug the product and allow it to cool. First, wipe the exterior of the toaster with a clean damp cloth and dry it thoroughly. If a cleaning solution is used, apply it to a clean cloth and not directly onto the toaster. Our toasters are equipped with a Crumb Tray. Slide the Crumb Tray to open, wipe clean and replace. Never operate the toaster without the crumb holder in place. To remove bread caught in toaster, unplug it from outlet, turn toaster upside down and shake gently.
