Brentwood® does not accept exchanges or returns on behalf of retailers, distributors, or online marketplaces and sellers. If a product does not meet your expectations, is damaged, or arrived with a defect please contact the retailer, distributor, online marketplace or seller to start an exchange or return. For products outside of their return window, please contact Brentwood® to inquire about our 1 year manufacturer warranty. Please note, not all products are offered with a warranty.
